After the fall of Don Morello and Don Saliery, Lost heaven fell into chaos where Crime filled the streets. Sensing the power vacuum, each of the families in New York sent  cadre to Lost Heaven to form their own families in Lost Heaven. These five families along with a home grown family called Capoletti have set their territory and  are vying for control of Lost Heaven. A smaller city with a big problem
